The Nursery staff and families had a great day out on the 20th February at the Dick Whittington’s Farm Park. The 20 adults and 25 children boarded the coach at 10:00 from the Family Haven. Everyone was hoping the weather would get better and the rain would stop and it did by the time they boarded the coach.
Everyone had a fun day thanks to Mother Nature finally giving us a dry day. The children had a great time feeding and petting some of the animals, dressing up, seeing the dinosaur section, and playing in the soft play area.
We would like to say a big thank you to the High sheriff of Gloucestershire Fund and to the High Sheriff Hugh Tollemache for their generosity in donating the £295.00 to pay for the coach trip.
